Trying to read through this 300 plus page announcement, trying to make head or tails of this is no easy feat.
Interpretting what is being said at times even harder.

Earlier on we discussed BEPPA holders possibly choosing a BBI/cash option when it comes to it, a few of you expressing this option may be one which benefits the company thus shareholders in the longer term.
Wondering if SPARCS holders will be of a similar view.....

Obviously BBI doesn't have the cash right now to cough up so I will be interested to see how SPARCS holders approach the issue.

If we knew who they were we could conduct exit poles following the vote! Now thats a plan! LOL
