why would you go thru the process of a trading halt , for simply raising a mere 2mil . This is laughable. Why not just come out as a normal price sensitive announcement.
After all 2mill is is very little money especially at the burn rate they have.
And we still do not know who took the placement , you would think they would have had that in place for ann.
