    No Gizard your missing my point...........CGM is that close to being in breach which can result in suspension that it is not funny!

    I suggest that you and anyone else that is unsure reads the ASX "CONTINOUS DISCLOSURE rule 31" and reviews the ASX listing requirements and you will clearly see that many items not disclosed in individual announcements should've been.

    This is every company listed on the ASX's responsibility.

    Nothing more and nothing less
