A timely announcement that's what I like to see and regardless of the number of buyers v sellers the buy/sell volume is (4,340,242/4,436,010) almost the same something that we haven't seen for a while.

The announcement despite not being PS has done what we've been asking for given details of the company's activities and future direction. A great announcement IMO.

Some highlights from the announcement today:

* Small gold producer from developing high grade u/g mine mineralisation is open at depth with potential for parallel ore bodies.

* Holder of approx. 1,450 square km of highly prospective ground having a 5M+ ounce production history

* Owner operator of 12 rig drilling fleet providing CGM with reliable, cost effective drilling services and generating strong revenues (FY2011) revenue: $18.8M

* Cash positive, tightly managed and preparing for an aggressive year of exploration

* FY 2011 Revenue: $21.8M, EBITDA:$5.96M, Market Cap:$26M
