Thanks for that. I just had a re-look at the ParkRight ratings (on Android). It's still low. I raised this at the AGM 2 years ago as a concern - ratings hasn't changed significantly unfortunately. If consumers in Westminster dislike the app, they won't use it. If they won't use it - this may be a risk to Westminster taking up the next phase?
I still hold.
