StandUp - you are really presenting an extremely pessimistic view here... and it doesn't seem that you understand CityView's gameplan.

CityView's IMMEDIATE priority is to build value into its asset-base, ASAP by whatever means necessary - using the leverage of the future growth potential of Angola.

The CLAWBACK is just around the corner, so why would CityView waste its scarce manpower and resources on operationalising its existing assets.... its looking to acquire and develop new ones (ie ENDITRADE JV) in a short period.

The CLAWBACK will be based on an independent valuation of assets... it will have nothing to do with the share price.

Once the clawback is complete, local operations will be funded out of the 1.1bn, as CityView will be the surviving entity. until then, if a placement or two is required to keep the office ticking over, that's OK with me.
