Depends who was reading and deciphering the latest OHD announcement to wether it was positive/negative, currently it is clear that the market isn't too fused with it...........
The engagement of David Trench primarily/initially to advise/supervise the sourcing of feedstocks, coal, water and Oxygen, assembling the means - plant build/premises etc appears to be GPP going over ground and around in circles that it was waiting on for a final decision as per their Corporate Update announcement 24th May 2017
