payments to R Poole...... AUD 252,000
payments to Suriano...... AUD 120,000
Directors fees........ AUD 144,000

A large chunk of cash renumerating our Directors..... giving us a stellar return of AUD 0.025/share.. down from five cents a year ago.... almost in-line with our rate of cash burn...

Still seeing rumours of rights issues/placements..... roaring silence from Directors on what is going on...

If a fully underwritten was to occur at this price level... Directors are effectively taking the monies they have paid themselves... which was raised at twenty two cents.... to load up at two cents...

Still think a healthy company needs the checks and balances offered by a diversified share registry.... with no major controlling blocks within the Directorate..

Rights issue at two cents...... followed by Privatisation at two point two???
