The recent events again demonstrated the lack of professionalism of BQT management.
Theycould have delayed the capital raising annoucement until after the Qantas announcement.
Qantas has so far been the only commercially recognised names and most punters are more likely to view BQT more kindly as a result. Consequently the pacement could have been done at a higher price resulting in far less dilution unless the aim is to dilute out existing shareholders!
