Fair point it is an option to purchase not a requirement as such. However, you didnt answer any questions or put any new info into the discussion by pointing this out...
What do you think the 26% will cost and will it be a good investment on THR's behalf, should they choose to take it up?
And at this point in time with the known results, if they dont take it up is Spring Hill worth anything?
I want THR to get up as much as the next person, it owes me quite a few fun tickets, but at this stage i just cannot see it going anywhere.
