Dont know if the clinic is obliged to make any report at all,or in fact if SBP is in any way obliged to report either.
I would think however that both institutions would welcome the opportunity to blow their trumpets if progress was positive.
There would be a discloure obligation relating to the supplementary tests completed Nov last,so that is something to wait for.
