I presume your reference to "dd" is to due diligence.

What sort of due diligence is going to come out of an MOU which effectively simply gives Guangdong Guang Ye Assets Management Co Limited some sort of negative pledge by JRV that it won't talk to anyone else in China for 6 months.

Who are Guangdong Guang Ye Assets Management Co Limited? Are they producers or facilitators? Seems their contact with JRV came out of a visit by some sort of agent following some sort of talk fest put on by the NSW government (I am tempted to add "some sort of government", in view of the way they are performing).

And the fact that this whole MOU over a much vaunted $30 billion resource has been thrashed out in a matter of weeks. I don't think so.

Anyway someone has been impressed in view of today's turnover...although the enthusiasm seemed to wane later in the day as people thought it through.
