I am still bemused by today's announcement by Senetas regarding their policy for dealing with securities and I cannot see why the announcement was considered necessary.This is all the more confusing considering that there have been 2 important announcements over the last 2 months that should have been made to the ASX and were not- namely the release on 19/10/10 that their encryption technology had been deployed in the Netherlands and also the release on 24/11/10 that they had entered into an agreement with Bloombase Technologies to market their encryptors in Hong Kong and China.
These 2 announcements are available to read on the Senetas Web Site but I did not discover them until some weeks after they were made. I am left scratching my head as to the quality of Senetas' PR.
