I sincerely hope and with some calculation, believe that the news will start flowing regularly and positively from the end of March onward.
The main points to consider are the Legal Action - as well as the JV and perhaps buying more leases.... for all three of these reasons, it just makes complete sense why the announcements have slowed down right now.
The nervous SH's selling will be regretting it in the very near future. IMHO.
Keep on accumulating if you can and when you can.
