    Andres statements along with the demerger announcemnts hasn't done anything to improve his credibility. Pretty much as soon as he joined he said, he was not particularly favouring a demerger.

    Now it appears the board has told him to demerge the thing in light of:
    1 weaker gold prices
    2 weak Muro production.
