Nice to see it pull up last few trading days.... no crazy spike. A few small sells lurking on screen... will be interesting to see what the sentiment is come 22nd... on completion of 3145 Central.

Have been actively searching for write-ups on MIX... but am struggling to find much.

Which I like... as when it does become better known... we seemingly have a nice new base of 13.5/14 to move from.
