FY13 earnings guidance of 1.85 to 2.00 cents per unit... soon to be "divi guidance" (90 something % returned by REIT rules)
3145 Central (older cold store building)... looking like gone as of 22nd of Feb
1850 Greenleaf (smaller unit near airport, previous tenant TNT and then Goedis Wilson) now leased again
3851 Swanson.... nice... 10 year lease
Occupancy up 2%
4 more properties on the chopping block..... looking to streamline and cash in on buoyant market.
Management actively looking to set up MIX for a quick sale over and above NTA
0.5 cent special divi highly likely in June... and more to come as sales happen.
