What a pleasant suprise! I was expecting the results to be out in a couple of weeks, but out today, good to see dividends are beginning to trickle out, I was hoping maybe for a .75 cents but at half cent its nice and conservative - which is exactly why I like this REIT, they did well and survived the GFC when a few others went under.

Its going to be interesting to see what price they can get for the 4 assets. I note that they are around 37m at book price, but with a rising market they might just get a bit more, also the last few properties they have sold have been around 20% premium to book value (excluding the waukegan property).
