One constant issue that frustrates me is the way the CEO hides behind so called secrecy aggreements. Us shareholders deserve true continuous disclosure based on the ASX definition and not what ever AS decides the interpretation is. He reminds me of a girlfiends husband who controls her every aspect of her life and is nev wrong or remorseful of anything he does...and he has done some particularly nasty things. He even ignores the courts...or so he thinks.
