re: sirtex major positive news today I think at this point based on news licencing deal is very likely with genentech. in that case acquisition by genentech most likely. However Pfizer and sanofi and roche have new drugs being used off label with Sir spheres so they cannot be ruled out. cephalon may take another bid as now acquisition would go throughas enough shares in hands of insiders.Mayne is also Aussie co like sirtex and divested hospitals to raise cash to buy oncology coompanies so indeed Mayne is possible suitor.
