because it resonates & sends a chill through me !
Why because I have been through a carbon copy event, take a look at

Could not JORC for the same EXACT reasons that alemond has mentioned.

I also have spent many years in the mining industry inclusive of Gold,
surface or close to surface high grade veins are extremely rare- their virtually all
mined out -old timers found & mined them out & they new how to mine them
with precision .

The modem approach simply does not work-you can't bulk tonnage or
bulk extract volume due to dilution of the high grade's during extraction.

Their was wisdom spoken in the lead up to mining the Old Pirate deposit
Quote :this deposit should be mined with a tooth pick-that is with precision.
Very precise extraction method is required to maintain integrity of the high grade mineralised ore its the only way.
One must also be very careful during blasting -same reasons are applicable here.

I recommend you go back & read again alemond posts with a fresh less critical mind !
imo he is offering up to you guy's a lot of wisdom that you need to dial into &
for the record- i don't know him from fence post & don't have any ulterior motive whatsoever.
Feel free to check my historical postings I say what I mean & mean what I say.
I know what he is saying is very close if not 100% accurate !-very hard lessons learnt .

This is not to say OGX can't be a success -Grade is king volume is queen.
You have the grades -now you need the expertise to develop the right precise
method -you are likley on the right path with air leg miners -old school
