Take out the outliers and it paints a different picture.
Most of that volume is a significant distance from last traded price.
The bids at $0.035 and $0.036 have been camped out there for a whil.
Lots of opportunities to sell under 4c and very little interest or opportunity in buying above that level. Very little volume under 5c means a lengthy impasse.
We won't see any real movement until an announcement with substance is released. Something with real numbers attached, not just hype and exaggeration.
