They have scaled up for the concentrator. They state that the refinery level they have been working on that for several years and it appears they have the technology in that area. The last technology area is the heat exchanger and they have disclosed they have a technology that works but they have been working on a new technology that will have significant cost reductions if it can be perfected. I believe if they can not perfect this new technology by the end of March they should stick with the old technology as time is also of the essence.
