it was probably Graphenstone, which is really just whitewash with graphene added, plus some other additives to allow the solids content to get up to 70%. I make my own whitewash, which is pretty thin and difficult to use overhead. Graphenstone would solve some of these problems. Not too sure about it’s washability though and a gloss surface would be difficult to get.
