In my opinion the EGM for the demerger will most likely occur during the last week of April. This will result in RLL shares being distributed late April or Early May.Timing fits in with the updated Investor Presentation found on the ADY site.

Therefore I am expecting a series of announcements commencing next week and concluding prior to the EGM. These will be:

1. EGM Date ( last week in April)
2. Implied valuation of demerged RLL and ADY
3. Taxation position on RLL free shares.
4. Jorc on iron ore
5. Contracts on Iron Ore
6. Contract on Lithium
7. Surprises....including Road Shows/USA agreements/Japanese associations/scaling up Santa Barbara etc.

I believe that the sp will commence to rise from today and hit 50c by the EGM. Institutions and those in the know have been preparing for the rise whilst impatient investors have jumped ship.
