    I think that as big as the RIO/BHP deal is it doesn't mitigate them carrying on as business as usual. I also imagine that WR has had BHP percolating for some time now. It could well not materialise, I'm just thinking happy thoughts. I know how keen WR was to get access to rail though ... rail is King. Any deal involving rail will set the shares alight!
