Last I heard Anthony Short - the Director named in the writ - resigned as Director of AMU back in December, and now has no relationship with AMU. The associated legal processes are dragging on as they grind through the legal system, but there is nothing resolved yet. And until there is some definite result then AMU can't make any official announcement on the matter. But I get the impression that AMU considers it will not amount to anything against them.

Maybe call them and see if you can get any updated info.
