I don't think you have been to the offices Arthur, they are in a small building at the eastern end of Hay st mall with a view of cathedral square, a court yard with no view of anything substantial, and I think the rent is $100 a square metre it's hardly luxurious. And if you think the salaries are over the top they are in the Reorts and stack up with most companies, most of which fail to even sell anything let alone make a profit.
