    Trading halt today. Any views? Could it be related to the LOI with BP in Baku or is it perhaps something bigger like securing large contract in the giant Kashagan oil fields in northern Caspian? Either way lets hope the sp does finally break through the 70 barrier. Beats me why it hasn't already on the good recent report.
