It was way b4 this new release of blocks, was in August actually & its a farm in, not a cash deal for $400mil.
US120mil/well for 2 expl +1 apprs wells + US40mil for back activities to Frank Timis's mob (whatever he calls himself these days PetroTimis or Emperor of West Africa).
Their first well is on Tortue#1 prospect, straddles Senegal-Mauritania & is 2.3 Bbo gross estimate (net 1.3 Bbo to KOS), so should b an interesting drill, whenever it drilled in mid/late 2015 or so.
