Sorry to say Jordan there isn't much evidence that the asset is any good.

it was offloaded by and oil and gas tycoon to a shonkster that sold it to a company that went bankrupt after filing a lawsuit against the guy that sold it to them SPECIFICALLY because Oman 2 -20 didn't come up with the good as promised. That was 7 + years ago and OMAN is still not producing the goods.

so four "entities", two bankruptcies, $200 Mill dollars and 20 + years at Clear creek have resulted in 250mcf per day?

Asset is far far far from proven and may be about to take another scalp.

Who knows maybe JC was a liar and didn't want to admit the problems but on the same token he could have been competant it was just that the field was dodgy and he couldn't admit he could get the gas out.

After almost 12 months JS hasn't had much success is he incompetant? I doubt it.

IMO at the very least the wells are duds and the field is not understood enough to get production out
