I do wonder whether you on some overzealous crusade to downramp MS companies? Given that anyone in the sector knows they are high-risk (as would blind freddy in the current environment), your agenda intrigues me. I think others are in their rights to query you motives. Perhaps an ex-MS company employee who left with a chip on his/her shoulder? What's the deal?
