"Genera is currently working through a number of options in relation to its formal process as
initially announced to ASX in its 2014 half year results release and currently has a view to being in
a position to make an announcement in relation to the outcome of the process prior to the end of
June 2014.
This process may result in the company entering into a partnering agreement incorporating an
associated capital injection including but not limited to a material change in the current
composition of Genera’s share register or otherwise potentially a change of control event."
