Surely they don't expect this man to front the meeting on his own??
Could be like sending him into the lion's den.
I was kind of hoping that the reason I hadn't received a reply to my email was that MB was on his way to the AGM, in which case I would have been perfectly happy to wait until his return for a reply. Wishful thinking perhaps.
