could be a number of reasons, but if it was planned I imagine shareholders would have been advised well in advance of this...I can only therefore conclude there is something behind closed doors going on that MUST occur on Wednesday 31 October give or take a few days. I assume all will be revealed between now and the moment of the opening of the AGM in London.
If there was a reason they could explain (ie: Billing stuck in New York and cant get out) then they would have advised the market that reason. By being completely quite on this, it is obvious there is something going on.
