Yet more real estate that will require more cash if they are to keep it.

Will these guys ever get with the program? If they have already such good ground and prospects why don't they get into it?

They prove time and again that they are all hot air and have no intention of generating real value for shareholders.

If anybody can explain what the company's strategy is I would be interested to hear about it cuz I 'just don't see it' (to quote jack Bauer).
