If so why are they not doing anything about it? This company is creating a financial drag on its cash flows by continually aquiring more ground all of which requires cash spend to keep.

It is a good thing for them that they have pattsies like you out there to fund their growing portfolio of acreage. That is all it is until the act of mining begins.

Economics come first and only when they stack up does mining commence.
