    2.8c is a 20% discount to the last closing price (and the last SPP for that matter). Coupled with the free oppies and the 5 million extras (worth $70,000 mind you at 1.4c each - and that was a PART payment for services) that is yet another very very very generous deal for our proven-to-be sell-down-their-holdings friends at Cygnet.
