Firstly I am a holder of both MEO and CUE, but hold a lot more CUE.
Do CUE have something better for Artimis? Why did they believe it disadvanted CUE shareholder? We have no detail.
This was a good deal, and the SP has fallen since the deal fell through so we have all lost money as a result. We would have all expected our SP to go up with a good partner as this supposedly was. This is a joke! We as shareholders need to demand more transparancy from our management, I certainly will be!
