"In our view the proposed amendments disadvantage Cue and its shareholders relativel to the status quo"
MEO is the one that needs to farmout THEIR interest in Artimis. CUE have a 15% free carried interest on certain terms agreed long ago. If MEO need to move the target to secure a farm in partner then this is MEO's problem. Cue should not be disadvantaged.
Meo have committed to drilling artimis on terms that CUE has agreed to. FACT.
