I thought they had already sent default notices, why do it again rather than settle with them as they did BG?
Is this just another ploy to make it look as though they are actually doing something about ROG, when in fact all they are really doing, is giving them even more time to decide whether they are in our out (I'm sure RG will make a definitive decision, with the obvious advantage of hindsight, once O2 results are in).
Just smells a bit off IMO.
