"At what time does CTP update the drilling chart on their website? Reports 6am but is not updated then. Or is it random."
I interpret it as an "as at status". So at 6am they were at XYZ metres (for example). I imagine they get a report from the drilling crew saying "as at 6am today we were at 1085m". Someone then at the CTP office updates the website later that morning.
