color old chap, you say "Not one CTP director has any substantial holding on their own company.", but it seems from the record which i have just checked that they in fact do hold very significant amounts. Go to the ASX announcements page www.asx.com.au and ask for the announcements over the past few years, then check the 3Y notices. these also publically disclose the prices paid. remember that oppies as recorded can be voted by a GM approval but the ofp's have to be paid for. when you check this through you may have a further comment to make, since the suggestion is not substantiated by the public evidence.
