Hi all,
In my experience, when you see words to the effect that project management needs to be improved "going forward" and "costs to completion" are going to be reviewed it means that they have lost control of the projects, the schedule and the costs. They have taken on too much at one time without the project management resources to cover it.
I hope not, but this could be pre-empting a major blow-out in expenditure on these projects.
