You miss the point, yes things can take longer than expected, that is not a problem for me, I am a builder, lots of things happen to create delays, however I always tell my clients as early as possible of the delay and give them an updated time frame, so I am expecting an update on the time frame.
That would seem reasonable to me.
Don't all you lot start with the builder jokes, I still have customers from 20 years ago that still call me up and also recommend me to new clients.
