Wazdan you probably need to lower your expectations somewhat. The timeframe must be taken with a grain of salt as it was not an official communique, and let's not forget we're dealing with 3rd parties here. I've taken the "2, 3 weeks" comment as indicative only and it certainly helps stay calm in the face of no update as yet. Worst case, we also have a rough timeframe on the IRR for the end of March or early April so rest assured that news is coming. And in the meantime do as @Chillaxed would do and chillax.
