People are betting on when an announcement is going to be made at a certain time and if it doesn't well then they invest elsewhere

People who invest because they like the fundamentals and management of the company!!
As Warren Buffet said when you invest in a company you have to treat the investment as if you were buying the whole company NOT guess when an announcement is going to be made!!
