It is only "rumour" on HC that CDS are holding back the resource upgrade until new management commences.

It may actually be that the data modelling has not been completed - and it is conveniently completed around the same time as management commences.

I doubt very much they would knowlingly hold this info from the market if it was completed and in a suitable form to be released to the market - given the very stringent listing rules.

I emailed Scott @ Comdek last week and asked if there is an anticipated completion date - however have had no response.
