Why the need to bring new instos in when the split would have them lining up to buy anyway
The share register is dominated by 2 offshore holders ..who, evidently want to sell down. So I'm sure it's a strategic decision to bring aboard those instos who may find find it easier stump up to buy them out with a swag of cheaper shares .
With the evident restlessness of these 2 holders I'm thinking that Peter Cook saw this as one opportunity to do the requisite split into the two assets plays: metals and gold.
