Hi All,

Dow Transport showed remarkable strength. I am no expert regarding the Dow Theory but someone noted that Dow Transport was at critical juncture last night on the Bloomberg. And sure enough the market provided support.

I am more inclined to think that the PPT is supporting the market. So maybe we have the low already.

Now that Freddie/Lehman are resolved - I wonder what other big hitting news that could cause the index to fall.

Commodities were up last night. At last I saw Freeport showed a big jump up. Perhaps, copper price dropped has been arrested. There are no clear direction with regards to currency, commodities - all in the state of flux but I suspect most of the volatility has already been factored in.
